About Setlist
🎤
setlist
Rate every show. Rank every memory. Build your concert legacy.
What is Setlist?
Setlist is a personal concert tracker and ranking app for music lovers. Every show you've attended gets a score (1–10) determined by head-to-head comparisons — not just a rating you pick. Over time, Setlist builds your complete concert taste profile: your top shows, favorite genres, most-visited venues, and more.
How to Use Each Feature
◉
Shows Tab
Your logged concert history, ranked in order. Tap any show card to share it. Use the + button to add a new show anytime.
🎟
Upcoming Tab
Save shows you plan to attend. Tap + Save Upcoming Show to bookmark concerts. You'll also see which of your friends have saved the same shows — great for planning together.
◈
Taste Profile Tab
Your personal concert stats profile. See your genre DNA, most-visited venues, monthly heatmap, score breakdowns, and more. Connect Spotify to see your top-streamed artists vs. who you've actually seen live.
⊕
Friends Tab
See what shows your friends are attending and rating. A Music Match % shows how similar your taste is. Use Find Friends or your invite link to grow your network.
✦
Discover Tab
Upcoming concerts personalized to your taste, pulled live from Ticketmaster. Set your city in your profile to see local shows. Tap Log Show to save it to your history, or Get Tickets to buy.
How Ranking Works
When you add a show, Setlist uses binary search + pairwise comparisons to place it in your ranking. Instead of rating it yourself, you pick between two shows head-to-head — "which did you prefer?" — a few times until the new show finds its exact place. Your score (1–10) is then calculated from where it lands. This means your rankings are relative and consistent, not arbitrary numbers.
